JP Dionisio is a Senior Forward-Deployed Engineer based in Bel-Air, Makati, NCR, Philippines. He stays close to users and moves between product, design, and engineering. He turns ambiguous needs into systems that people can use, trust, and grow.

JP studied architecture at UST, where he learned to balance people, structure, and purpose. Advertising taught him to connect creative work with clear commercial goals. Startups taught him a faster rhythm: listen, build, learn, and improve. Webflow changed his direction. He shipped his first client website in two weeks, and visual development became a gateway into frontend engineering and reusable systems.

Today, JP works across the full path from design to deployment: he clarifies the problem, shapes the experience, wires the backend, and supports the launch. He has shipped more than 500 websites. He led the main Webflow development for Lodgify with MakeBuild, which won Brand Transformation of the Year at the Webflow Awards 2026. He also rebuilt the backend of The Starters talent platform and connected it to the rebranded frontend.

As the founder of Webflow PH, JP gives Filipino creatives a place to teach, learn, and connect. The community has grown beyond 1,100 members. He also helped translate Finsweet's Client-First documentation for Filipino users.
